September 2010. ESoCE Net, Coordinator of the project COLLABS, is pleased to report some excerpt from the final review report: "CO-LLABS has emerged as The Initiative to position and promote LLs also as prospectively “commercialisation end” oriented, not merely “invention end” oriented mechanisms.CO-LLABS has contributed to our understanding of the changing innovation paradigm and the prospective role of LLs in an innovation gear shift in Europe. The ongoing transformation requires research on how to optimally embed LLs in all segments (sectors, activities, etc.) of society. . Based on evaluation of both written and oral deliverables and presentations, the project has met and even exceeded expectations and the DoW. CO-LLABS has demonstrably contributed to a novel global conceptualisation of the LL setting." You can access the public results at COLLABS
